Eligibility

Who can take part

You can take part if you are 18 or over, hold a valid xPortal account, and are resident in a country where xPortal operates and where this promotion is permitted.

Who cannot

• United Kingdom residents are excluded. UK financial promotion rules place restrictions on how crypto-asset promotions and incentives can be offered to UK consumers, and we are not running this promotion there.
• Residents of any country subject to applicable sanctions, or where xPortal does not offer the relevant services - see the Official Rules for the full sanctions and AML exclusion.
• Employees of xPortal and its group companies, and their immediate families.

Regional limits

Some challenges rely on features that are not available everywhere - card, IBAN and on-ramp availability differ by country and by provider. If a feature is not available to you, that week’s challenge may not be completable in your region. This does not affect your entry into the free weekly draw described below.

Free visitor draw

The weekly USD 250 visitor draw is free: connecting a wallet on the competition page is enough. It requires no purchase, no transaction and no participation in the competition - in fact, entering the competition makes you ineligible for this draw. It is reserved for visitors who look but do not compete.

The free visitor draw does not run in every country. It is not offered where local law restricts prize draws or crypto-asset promotions - this includes the United Kingdom, any country subject to applicable sanctions, and any country where xPortal does not offer the relevant services. If the draw does not run in your country, you cannot enter it.

Tax

Prizes may be taxable in your country of residence. Where the organizer is legally required to withhold tax on a prize, the prize is paid net of that tax; otherwise you are responsible for reporting and paying any tax due under the laws of your own country. We cannot give you tax advice - if you are unsure, speak to a qualified adviser.

Main wallets only

Only main xPortal wallets can take part. Cards can only be issued on a main wallet, so a secondary wallet cannot complete the card challenge or qualify for card-related prizes.

A secondary wallet can also be attached to more than one user at the same time. That means a secondary wallet does not reliably identify one person, so entries from secondary wallets are not counted and prizes are not paid to them.

If you are unsure which of your wallets is the main one, open xPortal and check before you take part - joining with the wrong wallet cannot be transferred later.

One person, one entry

Entry is per person, not per wallet. Using several wallets to gain additional entries will result in disqualification.
